World AIDS day is an annual event to honor those we have lost, as well as, those still living with the disease and continued efforts to prevent new infections. The event is scheduled for Sunday December 1, 2019. The Aliveness Project, along with our community sponsors and leaders, are excited to continue to raise awareness for people living with and at risk for HIV/AIDS. Join us at eagleBOLTbar after the run to warm up with a free shot of Fireball and continue the fun! The I-35W Bridge will be lit up red in honor of World AIDS Day and the many lives we have lost. The Red Undie Run is just over a mile run across Stone Arch Bridge and back to create awareness about the impact of HIV/AIDS. Grab your red briefs, bra, boxers, panties, jockstrap, or thong and get ready for the coldest and most meaningful run of the year. and be ready to strip down to your Red Undies to strip away stigma about HIV/AIDS. Please arrive on the Mill Ruins (downtown) side of Stone Arch Bridge by 3:15 p.m.
